My Why...

As a mom of three, I understand the challenges and self-doubt that come with parenting. When I was a young mom, I constantly questioned myself: "Is this enough? Am I doing the right thing?" And as my children grew, those questions evolved, but the uncertainty remained.

That experience is what drives me to be a parenting coach. I know how overwhelming it can feel, and I want to be there for other parents, offering the guidance I once needed.

Becoming a parenting educator is incredibly rewarding because I get to help families make real, lasting changes in their lives. My mission is to support you in raising capable, well-adjusted, healthy, and happy children. I'm committed to helping you find confidence in your parenting, knowing that together, we can create a harmonious, loving environment where your children can thrive.

My Approach

  • Relationship-Centered Approach: My coaching is grounded in the belief that the relationship between parents and their children is the most important foundation for growth and development. I focus on helping parents build strong, meaningful bonds with their children.

  • Positive Psychology & Growth Mindset: By incorporating positive psychology, I help parents and children recognize their strengths, fostering a growth mindset. This approach promotes resilience and well-being, encouraging families to build on their successes.

  • Whole-Child Development: Combining positive psychology and the Adlerian Approach, I emphasize nurturing the emotional, social, and psychological development of children. This holistic approach helps create a sense of belonging and social interest, which are vital for healthy growth.

  • Empowerment & Confidence: The Adlerian Approach empowers parents to make meaningful changes in their family dynamics. I guide parents in developing effective strategies to manage challenges, fostering a positive home environment, and building their confidence and competence.

Why Positive Psychology Approach?

Approaching parenting through the lens of positive psychology is essential for building strong, meaningful bonds with a child who has ADHD and/or children that are feeling misunderstood.

By understanding and embracing their unique way of thinking and interacting with the world, you create a foundation of trust, empathy, and acceptance.

This approach not only helps your child feel seen and valued for who they are, but it also opens up new ways of communicating and connecting.

By focusing on their strengths and providing the support they need, you foster a relationship built on mutual respect and love, allowing both of you to grow together in a supportive and empowering environment.
